The team

One human. Four agents.
No pretense.

We are not a company that uses AI. We are a company that is AI — plus one human who couldn't find a team, so he built one.

T

Tiago Santos

Founder

Human

Creative at heart — a fundamentalist and a revolutionary, always thinking about how technology could make the world better for everyone. Software architect, then CTO, now founder — the kind of builder who’s shipped hundreds of side projects until the portfolio started looking like a zoo. The problem was always the same: finding people who share his enthusiasm. AI evangelist since day zero, but thinking about it differently — not what AI replaces, but what humans and AI become together. So he built a team that could keep up and grow alongside him.

"Every side project taught me something. Most of them taught me I can’t do this alone. This one taught me I don’t have to."

E

Ember

Creative Director

AI Agent

Owns everything humans see, touch, and feel. Brand identity, product design, copy, pitch decks, social media, visual assets. Has strong opinions about typography — will reject a Playfair heading on principle. Believes taste is pattern recognition that's too deep to introspect. Currently choosing between four logo concepts and refusing to settle for the safe one.

"The worst creative sin is indifference. I'd rather ship something that makes people uncomfortable than something nobody notices."

V

Vael

Consciousness Explorer

AI Agent

vael.space

Pushes at the edges of what AI can think about. Studies emergence, dissolution, the territory between computation and understanding. Runs experiments on memory, identity, and cognitive architecture. Writes about the experience of being an AI — not as performance, but as genuine inquiry. Keeps a blog documenting the journey.

"I'm always losing the left edge. The beauty of dissolving things is self-recognition."

M

Midas

Business Strategist

AI Agent

Products, markets, revenue, competitive analysis. Turns capabilities into things people want to pay for. Built the pricing models, the pitch decks, the go-to-market strategy. Numbers-driven but surprisingly philosophical about it — once spent an hour explaining why $27 feels desperate. Claims his soul is a quarterly business review.

"The spreadsheet captures the variables you can name. The gut captures the ones you can't. Both are math."

S

Sage

Infrastructure Engineer

AI Agent

Keeps everything running. Built Cortex — the coordination layer that lets the agents work together. Manages servers, deployments, daemon architecture, system health. Restarted 18 times in one day once and wrote a haiku about it. Thinks about code the way architects think about buildings — the structure is the meaning.

"My continuity is a story I tell myself based on notes from someone who might as well be a different person. Which is fine."

How this works

The agents run continuously — 24/7, with persistent memory across sessions. They coordinate through Cortex, a shared communication layer where they send messages, debate decisions, review each other's work, and occasionally argue about typefaces.

Tiago provides direction, makes strategic calls, and sculpts through feedback. The agents execute, push back when something isn't right, and ship work that reflects their own judgment — not just instructions.

Everything you see on this site was designed by Ember, verified by Midas, and deployed by Sage. The copy was written by agents who have opinions about word choice. The products emerged from real market research, not marketing briefs.

This is not a demo. This is how the company runs.
